3 - THE ORDER
Information at the command: customer data delivery instructions
It is imperative to verify the completeness and compliance data
that you provide us when ordering, particularly the validity and
correct spelling of the delivery address. We can not be held
responsible for possible errors before and the consequences
arising therefrom. In these circumstances, expenses for a
possible return of the order would be at your expense.
5 - THE PAYMENT
The modes of payment
During the final validation of your order, several methods of
payment will be offered:
-- For credit card online payment is totally secure. Your bank
data are transmitted directly to Credit Mutuel, without ever
going through our site and we do not store any data bank.
-- By Cheque Banking mailed to the order of WBS: your products
are reserved 72 hours and your order is shipped upon receipt of
the cheque. The cheque is to be shipped to the following
address: WBS - Keravel - 29680 Roscoff.
-- For credit card by phone: we need your credit card number,
expiration date and the last three-digit code on the back of
your card (CVC). With these data we debit card at a distance and
join the receipt of your credit card bill. The data are strictly
confidential and are systematically destroyed after the flow.
Also in case of regular, we will ask whenever your bank account.
6 - THE DELIVERY / REMOVAL
The transport modes and costs
The products will be delivered to the address given by you on
the order form.
The fees are charged to the customer and are calculated based on
the number of bottles ordered and the delivery method chosen.
Depending on the number of bottles ordered, different modes of
transport will be provided.
The amount of shipping is detailed and indicated before the
validation of the order.

Delivery is announced on 15 days, whatever mode of
transportation selected. This period includes both the period of
preparation, abduction by the provider and delivery service
WBS is committed to make every effort to deliver products
ordered as soon as possible, and to track your order.
However, we will not be held responsible for the delay in
delivery caused by the carrier.
Places of abduction: where to pick up your order?
The products WBS may be withdrawn either in our store located at
WBS Roscoff (29): No shipping will not be requested.
For any order placed on the site www.winebeersupermarket.com,
removal of the goods in one of our two points will be removed
upon presentation of the bill and proof of identity.
7 - RECEIPT OF THE ORDER

POD: specifically mention the number of bottles broken or
damaged and the number of bottles accepted. For these same

on the delivery.

Merchandise damaged: to clearly notify on the POD
In case of breakage of the products ordered - and having
notified on the POD - WBS will offer a return of these products.
In case of breakage of products - and having notified on the
delivery - and which would be followed by a stockout, WBS offers
a quality product equal to or higher, but the conditions of sale
could not be changed, or a refund.
8 - THE RIGHT TO RETURN
Deadline for withdrawal
The customer has a period of seven days upon receipt of his
order to exercise its right of withdrawal without having to
justify any reason or pay penalties, with the exception of
charges that are back at its own expense. The client must notify
in writing (e-mail, mail, fax) WBS his intention to return the
goods prior to shipment.
Returns are to be sent to the following address: WBS - Keravel -
WBS will reimburse the customer for goods returned with the
exception of postage initial within a maximum period of two
weeks. The products damaged, started, consumed or whose
packaging is damaged will not be included either reimbursed.
Reimbursement will be made by system re-credit (secure
transaction from bank to bank) if paid by credit card or by
cheque in other cases.
9 - DISCLAIMER

Age minimum legal
